Zero-Tolerance License Suspension
Posted on behalf of Donahue & Walsh, P.C. | June 28, 2021
If you are under 21 years old and any trace of alcohol is found in your system while you are operating a vehicle, your license will be suspended. You will face a minimum of a 3-month license suspension for a first offense. For a second offense, your license will be suspended for one year.
A lawyer can help you navigate the extra steps necessary to get your license reinstated following a zero-tolerance suspension. A lawyer can also maximize your chances of avoiding conviction in the first place. If you face such charges, contact Donahue & Walsh, P.C. We will build a criminal defense strategy that is tailored to your unique situation.
