License Revocation
Posted on behalf of Donahue & Walsh, P.C. | September 2, 2021
There are many possible Illinois traffic offenses, which are each assigned a certain number of points. Examples of such offenses and the number of points associated with these offenses are as follows:
-Squealing or screeching tires = 10 points assigned to your license
-Supervising a minor driver while under the influence = 20 points assigned to your license
-Texting while driving = 20 points assigned to your license
-Driving too slowly on a highway = 5 points
If 110 or more points are assigned to your license, then it will be revoked.
If you are facing license revocation, or any traffic offense charge, contact Donahue & Walsh, P.C. We will fight for the outcome you deserve.
