What is the Illinois “Implied Consent Law”?
The implied consent law dictates that any individual who drives a vehicle automatically has consented to blood, breath, or urine tests if law enforcement suspects they are driving under the influence.
However, the results of these tests can often prove inaccurate. If you wish to challenge the results of your blood, breath or urine tests, and hope to maximize your chances of avoiding a conviction, contact Donahue & Walsh, P.C. We will fight for the best possible outcome to protect your future.
